The easiest way to submit that request or question to your management team is through our Association Inbox, Associations@DodsonPropertyManagement.com. You are also welcome to call our office from 9-5 Monday through Friday at (804) 355-7368

What payment methods are available for my homeowner dues?

We offer online payment options through your homeowner portal as well as the option to mail a physical check. We do not accept cash.

Who do I contact if there is an after-hours maintenance emergency?

For after-hours maintenance emergencies call our office (804) 355-7368 and dial option 1 to be connected to our 24 hour maintenance emergency service.

Will Dodson manage my owners association?

Our team is equipped to manage any type of owners association. Our current portfolio consists of condominiums, townhouse associations, single family homeowners associations, and office park condominiums.
